Whether you’re planning a university event, community gathering, watch party, or private function, here’s what you can expect when renting an LED screen from KS Events.
It all starts with an inquiry. You can contact us through our website, email, or the link in our Instagram bio. From there, we’ll gather a few important details—your event date, location, audience size, type of content you plan to display, and how the screen will be used. This helps us determine the best screen size, setup style, and technical needs for your event.
Once we have that information, our team will create a custom quote based on availability, logistics, and technical requirements. Your quote will outline the LED screen, any on-site technician support, setup and takedown, and power needs. We can either connect to power provided at your venue or supply our own power solution if needed—just let us know what works best for your space.
When you’re ready to move forward, securing your LED screen is easy. You’ll approve the quote and submit a deposit to lock in your rental. Because LED screens are in high demand, reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
As your event approaches, we’re happy to help with any adjustments depending on availability. On event day, our crew handles delivery, setup, and testing to ensure everything is running smoothly. If your rental includes an on-site technician, they’ll be there to manage the screen, assist with content, and troubleshoot throughout the event.
After the event wraps up, our team returns at the scheduled time to handle breakdown and pickup. From initial planning to final teardown, we’re here to make sure your LED screen experience is seamless and professional.
