Once you make your reservation with a 50% deposit, your date and screen are secured—but you can still make adjustments as your plans evolve.

As your event gets closer, it’s time to start finalizing the details. This includes confirming screen size, placement, and any additional needs like audio, power, or specific content requirements. Because your reservation is already secured, you’ll have the flexibility to fine-tune these details without worrying about availability.

On setup day, our crew arrives within the scheduled window and gets to work installing your LED screen. We handle the full setup, including positioning, securing the structure, and ensuring proper power and display functionality. Every detail is handled with safety and precision in mind so your screen is ready to perform.

Once everything is set up, we test the screen to ensure optimal brightness, clarity, and performance. At this point, your screen is fully ready for your event—whether that’s a game day watch party, presentation, or live broadcast.
